Sternstein Marketing was created for three main reasons:
1- To provide CEOs of small to mid-sized healthcare and health technology companies with access to top strategic thinking to guide their go to market strategies. Design and moderation of qualitative research, to team workshopping, competitive wargaming, positioning exercises, or new product or service ideation. We’re equally adept at working with healthcare providers as consumers, and understand how to get the insights and direction you need.
2- To work as a temporary part of the marketing team, to strengthen decision-making, move faster, focus on an underserved objective, or answer questions as part of an agile learning process, costing far less than a new hire.
3- To manage your agencies. We can dramatically improve what you get from creative agencies. Managing agencies can be a challenge and a distraction. When it’s time to get creative with messaging and campaign development CEOs want simplicity and integration with an experienced leader who has an intimate understanding of the strategy and stakeholders. We provide that.
Jeff Sternstein founded Sternstein Marketing upon a diverse set of personal talents and business acumen. He has created, launched, and grown health & wellness brands, health technology, and consumer products as a brand management/new product development lead for manufacturers and as leader of external agency/digital agency partners. A natural connector and coach, who combines strategic, creative, and analytical talent with a significant breadth of product category knowledge, digital, fluency, and brand marketing experience, Jeff, and those he brings in, create a unique range of value for organizations.
