Large agencies are buckling under the pressure of large contracts with far more important clients than you. How do I know? I’ve been there. Large agencies win new business with a pitch team of shiny senior people. Look for the kid on the team. That’s who you’ll be seeing, maybe. That’s because if you assign them the business, they will then figure out how it will be managed.  And if your agency fees are less than $1MM at a Madison Ave shop, rest assured it will certainly be delegated to the lowest, least in-demand agency person. Lucky you.
